Network Infrastructure Engineer (Physical Layer Focus)

New Jersey · On-site / Project-based

Design and oversee structured cabling, fiber, Wi-Fi and physical network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct technical assessments and analyze existing network infrastructure at client sites
  • Design structured cabling systems (Cat 6/6A and fiber), backbone and horizontal pathways, active-equipment placement and seamless Wi-Fi coverage
  • Prepare project documentation, drawings and specifications in AutoCAD or Visio
  • Estimate materials, labor and scope of work
  • Coordinate installation teams, inspect quality and support commissioning and handover

Qualifications

  • BICSI, RCDD or relevant vendor certifications
  • Experience with access control, video surveillance and building power systems
  • OSHA certification for on-site safety

Requirements

  • 5+ years of network-infrastructure experience
  • Knowledge of SCS, fiber optics, Wi-Fi and active networking equipment
  • Familiarity with ANSI/TIA/EIA and BICSI standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Visio and MS Office
  • Technical degree preferred; responsible, detail-oriented team player

Audio Visual Integration Technician

NJ/NY · Field-based

Install, integrate, test and support professional audiovisual systems.

Responsibilities

  • Install and test displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, video walls, conferencing systems, DSPs and control panels
  • Read AV schematics, wiring diagrams, rack layouts and floor plans
  • Pull, terminate, label and dress CAT6, HDMI, audio, control, coax and fiber cabling
  • Install AV racks, wall plates and ceiling mounts
  • Perform basic Crestron and Extron configuration, signal-flow testing and troubleshooting
  • Document field changes, maintain clean job sites and follow OSHA safety procedures

Qualifications

  • Crestron, Extron or AMX control systems
  • Biamp Tesira, Q-SYS and Shure Microflex audio platforms
  • AV-over-IP and Dante networking fundamentals
  • Crestron Toolbox, Extron Global Configurator, Tesira or Q-SYS Designer familiarity

Requirements

  • 1+ year of AV installation or integration experience
  • Ability to read AV design drawings and technical documentation
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to lift 50 lb and work on ladders or in confined spaces
  • CTS, OSHA 10/30 or manufacturer training preferred

Project Manager — Low Voltage Systems

Lead low-voltage projects from planning through commissioning and closeout.

Responsibilities

  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, resources and quality
  • Prepare submittals, technical documentation and status reports
  • Coordinate clients, subcontractors, vendors and internal teams
  • Manage procurement and equipment delivery
  • Lead client meetings, resolve issues and ensure safety and regulatory compliance
  • Supervise junior project managers and field personnel

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field
  • 5+ years of low-voltage project-management experience
  • Knowledge of structured cabling, AV, access control, CCTV, intrusion, paging and intercom systems
  • RCDD required; BICSI and PMP preferred
  • Public works or government contract experience required

Requirements

  • Construction plan reading, job costing, scheduling and field coordination
  • Strong command of project-management tools and construction documentation
  • Ability to manage multiple active projects
  • Russian language is a plus

  • Respond to customers by phone, email and website chat
  • Confirm product availability, lead times and specifications
  • Prepare B2B quotations and invoices
  • Enter and manage orders in CRM and ERP systems
  • Track deliveries, returns and post-sale issues
  • Coordinate suppliers and logistics partners

Qualifications

  • Fluent business English, spoken and written
  • Previous B2B customer experience, ideally in IT or e-commerce
  • Strong communication and customer-service mindset
  • Comfort with Google Workspace and CRM tools
